Leiya agrees re: returning to Nemsh. Unless we are invisible or in disguise or have really powerful local benefactors, we might be wanted by the authorities. Slavery is legal in Bhell, so we have basically committed breaking & entering, burglary, theft, and murder, to name a few. Probably best to keep clear of Bhellian authorities for now.
Travel to Angiertha? Not a bad idea. However rough or untamed Angiertha is, it should be more amenable than Bhell, one hopes. At the least, the slaves could travel semi-safely, and/or rest there until they make other plans.
How to corral the crowd, including the somnolent, and propel them across country (or, to wherever)? I haven't the faintest clue. As the Threarah noted in Watership Down, elil appear in hordes when there's a giant group of wanderers in the wild including injured, sick, and old. I worry that we'd be a giant, (slowly) walking target.
One thing Leiya would like to do is to get a message (Sending) to Lord Burcel. If he has ANY allies, safehouses, magic plot devices, tricks up his sleeve, or even just good advice, now's the time to hear it!
I think most of us spellcasters are either out of spells, or getting very low. Leiya and Grynn cannot ask for divine intervention until a week has passed. Grynn might still have his Sign of Divine Intervention, but I am not sure. Grynn can probably still cast Word of Recall, but that rescues only five or six people in total.
One possible, albeit bad and unlikely option -- is there anywhere near-ish to here that is, or is perceived to be, very dangerous? A haunted old castle, a cursed graveyard, whatever. Someplace that even the villains fear to tread. We could try to rest there. Hey, it worked for Han, Leia, Chewbacca and the others in that asteroid field.
In short: I have no idea what to do, and am scared to death that we're out of good options. Help us, Obi-wan Kenobi, you're our only hope.
